Fairly Goosed
Here are some of my favs from the Fairly Goosed performance at the Holly Springs Cultural Center. Enjoy.
Congratulations Leah & Tyler – Watch Out for the Bird Seed!
Leah and Tyler were married March 8, 2008 at Fuquay Varina Baptist Church. This is a beautiful church and they have a great reception area as well. Leah and Tyler had a lot of cute touches including a kids table with jelly beans, suckers, and crayons to color on the paper tablecloth. They also had super yummy juices in cute containers – Lime, Strawberry, and Orange. The final touch was little packets of birdseed for their sendoff. Beware of birdseed everywhere – ouch it looks like it hurt. I think I might still have some stuck in my shoes – lol. :-) A fun and bird-safe alternative to rice.

Getting Ready
Here are some of my fav preparation shots from Leah’s wedding. I like starting the photography coverage from the beginning of the day to document the relationships, anticipation, details, and fun leading up to the ceremony. The preparation shots give you an important piece of the puzzle. She looks great!

Michael & Mitchel – Just being Boys
Michael and Mitchel’s portraits remind me of boys being boys. They laughed a lot and we had a lot of fun. I also did some fun effects in photoshop for them as well. Now they are ready for the comic book. :-)
Congratulations to Courtnee & Britt!!
Courtnee & Britt were married today at First United Methodist Church in Elon, NC. Their reception was at Mebane Arts Center in Mebane, NC. We had a lot of fun working together! I loved the idea of stopping at City Park to take a spin on the Carousel. We got some great shots there. Congratulations Courtnee & Britt!

Courtnee’s Bridal Portraits
Courtnee was fun to photograph. She was always wearing a smile and looked beautiful. Courntee said that she felt she didn’t know what to do or how to stand when she was being photographed. Most people feel the same way; I know I did as a bride. I don’t like being the center of attention and I don’t know how to model. But everyone finds out, that what makes you look best is just acting like yourself and forgetting that you are being photographed. Laugh, enjoy, have fun!
