The Bass Lake Drifters
The Bass Lake Drifters played at the Holly Springs Cultural Center this evening. Formed in December of 2004, The Bass Lake Drifters play traditional Bluegrass music and are based in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Check out their upcoming events.
Bring your Blanket – Free Outdoor Concerts

It is that time of year when there are so many opportunities to enjoy free music outdoors. The Holly Springs Cultural Center is having a nice variety of bands playing for free this summer. Bring your blanket or chairs and enjoy some tunes. Here is the Roster:

Carolina Puppet Theater
This was a fun event to watch. It was very interactive for the kids in the audience and they also got a chance to act out the story – The Gingerbread Man – very cute. The production is put on by the Carolina Puppet Theater. This show was at the Holly Springs Cultural Center.
Movies at the Holly Springs Cultural Center
Working with the Holly Springs Cultural Center, I love to just stop by and see what is going on. The Cultural Center offers free movies on some Saturday mornings – check the schedule for details. Today the Cultural Center was showing Chalotte’s Web. Needless to say – moviegoers were very excited about it.
Guitar Classes at Holly Springs Cultural Center
The Holly Springs Cultural Center is a great place to let your creativity grow. The Center has classes for all ages.
